Inspired  by the work of my mother Dolores E. Walker a community activist and leader for equity, the Center for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion offers innovative training to provide cultural competence to better engage and respect all people regardless of their race, gender, or religion. Our team of education, technology, legal, and healthcare professionals combine evidence-based practices with instructional theories to engage learning.  We evaluate systems, practices, and policies to ensure that diversity and inclusion are integrated in the events, marketing, and learning systems. We develop surveys and customize training programs which meet the needs of the organization. The ultimate goal is to train and inspire professionals to become equity leaders in their education and work environments.
